Description:

  • Management is charged with aligning the resources of the organization to carry out its mission.
  • Rapidly changing business conditions including  global competition reduced federal spending and different values for younger workers all place new demands on managers at all levels.
  • The course is an intensive, in-depth facilitated learning experience where participants will gain, practice and integrate the skills and knowledge and develop their talents leading to high performing organizations.

Length:

  • Nine Weekly Sessions of 1-3 hours, or
  • 4 all day Saturday sessions.
  • Optional Quarterly follow up sessions. Additional content may be provided.
