Product Manager – Level IV

Education: Successful completion of a full course of study in an accredited
college or university leading to a Master’s Degree, preferably with a major in
Engineering, Systems Management, Computer Sciences, Information Systems
Management, Business Management, or a related discipline, is required. Level III
certification in Defense Acquisition University (DAU) in Program Management
(PM), or the civilian equivalent, is preferred. A combination of a Bachelor’s
Degree in Engineering, Systems Management, Computer Sciences, Information
Systems Management, Business Management, or a related discipline, DAU Level
III certification in PM, and ten (10) years of experience may be substituted for a
Master’s Degree.

General Experience: Ten (10) years of general experience, five (5) years of
experience in a program office or similar organization, and three (3) years of
experience in a program management position with cost, schedule and
performance responsibilities

Product Manager – Level III

Education: Successful completion of a full course of study in an accredited
college or university leading to a Master’s Degree, preferably with a major in
Engineering, Systems Management, Business Management, or a related
discipline, is required. DAU Level III certification in PM, or the civilian
equivalent, is preferred. A combination of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering,
Systems Management, or Business Management, DAU Level III certification in
PM, and eight (8) years of experience may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
General Experience: Eight (8) years of general experience, four (4) years of
experience in a program office or similar organization, and one (1) years of
experience in a program management position with cost, schedule and
performance responsibilities

Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Experience with Lean Six Sigma process
improvement is required in order to manage and complete Black Belt projects.

Product Manager – Level II

Education: Successful completion of a full course of study in an accredited
college or university leading to a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a major in
Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline, is required. DAU
Level II certification in PM, or the civilian equivalent, is preferred.

General Experience: Four (4) years of general experience and two (2) years of
experience in a program office or similar organization
