Job Description: 

The Enterprise Manager is responsible for coordinating IT enterprise related sub-systems, including LAN, voice, data,
and video. These include MS Exchange service, a network Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and
corporate web site and IP telephony systems. The EM’s role is to serve as facilitator and liaison between staff and subsystem providers. In addition, the EM is responsible for coordinating between sub-system providers to ensure they are
working together to support enterprise and corporate goals and requirements. Successful interns may be considered
for a position as a Consultant upon the successful completion of their internship, or earlier at the discretion of Trio

Job Requirements:

Interns are required to have successfully completed two semesters of accredited collegiate study in Information Technology, Information Systems Technology, or related courses of study. Interns must have experience with web site management, social media, MS Exchange, MS Office, and Windows based computer maintenance and/or management. Experience with VOIP telephony, SEO and CRM is a plus. Applicants must possess a valid US driver’s license, able to provide their own transportation, and able to demonstrate US citizenship. Successful candidates are required to first obtain authorization from the NVCC Internship Coordinator before completing an application. In addition, this internship requires the submission of an essay. The essay must be between 400-500 words. The subject of the essay is freedom and liberty in America. Candidates must select a non-living American, born since the American Revolution, they believe best contributed to the furtherance of the ideas from the Declaration of Independence found in this expert – “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” Applicants must send their application packet, including the NVCC Internship application and the essay to trio [at] Properly submitted application packets will be reviewed and selected applicants will be invited to interview with the President of Trio Consulting. Based on the application packets and interview, Trio will select the best candidate. Applications for the Spring ’13 semester will be considered immediately. Candidates interested in summer and fall internships are welcome to submit their applications at any time. This internship provides for a flexible schedule, including some remote work opportunities. In addition, interns may be eligible to enroll in Defense Acquisition University classes which may contribute to earning certain DAWIA certifications.

Hours: 16.0 to 24.0 hours per week

Compensation: $150 monthly stipend. NOVA students must have internship coordinated for college credit. May be eligible for certain DAU courses at no cost.

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Internships run through an academic semester.
