  • Excellence in team leadership is mission critical. For a function this important would seem logical that many years for training and development would be invested.
  • Yet all too often this is the first leadership experience for a high potential individual contributor.  This is frustrating damages morale usually does not end optimally.
  • In this course the principles of leadership are introduced and the participant is guided on a systematic  path to success. Development occurs by applying the content to their current situation even though promotion may be in the future. Team Leadership by team members is a welcome benefit.
