  • Leadership is distinct from Management. Where Management is focused on execution, Leadership is about setting direction. Think of Management as making sure the trains run on time, where Leadership is making sure the trains go to the right places.
  • Leadership is not some mystical trait that only a few possess. We are all leaders in our own right. Evidence has shown that our innate talent for leadership can be developed, refined and honed.
  • In this course your talents will be identified and developed through a facilitated learning experience and building a practical personal action plan. Leadership habits will be reinforced by applying the weekly content in your current position.




  • Nine weekly 3 hour sessions or four 8 hour Saturday sessions.
  • Three Optional Quarterly follow up sessions.
