As an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, he supported a broad array of defense clients from all branches, joint commands, and various levels, from PM to OSD. Thomas E. Bailey

Tom Bailey, VP

Tom Bailey is the Vice President of Trio Consulting, LLC.

Mr Bailey comes to Trio Consulting with a highly diversified background as an officer in the United States Air Force.

He conducted Strategic Communications for the Supreme Allied Commander, Europe in Casteau, Belgium. He planned the coordinated and appropriate use of Military Public Affairs, Information Operations, and Psychological Operations, which, in concert with other military actions and following NATO political guidance, advanced Allied Command Operations’ objectives.

He served as the Commander/Chief Information Officer of an Air Force Base servicing a population of over 5000 personnel.  In this capacity he was responsible for all information systems, air traffic control system maintenance, weather system maintenance, radio networks, telephone, and computer networks.

He has vast experience with Unmanned Systems and was in the initial cadre of the Air Force’s premier capabilities think tank, the UAV Battlelab.  He not only has program management experience but also has rarely found hands-on experience as he was on-site supporting the Predator’s first deployments into both Macedonia and into Kuwait.
